LOCATION:
At Masai Mara Game Reserve, on the South East end, bordering the
Mara, Serengeti and Loliondo reserves. The distance from Nairobi
is about 260 Kms (5 hrs) by road or 45 minutes by air; private
charters into to the private cottars airstrip or to Keekorok
airstrip serviced by scheduled flights twice daily from Nairobi
and once daily from Samburu and Nanyuki.
DESCRIPTION:
An exclusive camp lying in a private concession in the cusp of a
forested valley beside a spring with extensive views across
three reserves. It is built with a concept adapting the era of
white hunters and royalty, an era of romance and elegance in a
timelessly unspoilt setting. Over the years, Cottar's has guided
royalty, sports figures, assorted tycoons, and scores of more
down-to-earth type on safaris completely tailored to meet their
needs and desires. This ecologically correct adventure
re-creates all the glamour and style of a classic safari.
